June was a very busy month for all of the ladies at Corea Sotropa Interior Design. In addition to all of our fantastic client projects, we participated in not one, but THREE charity events. Here is a little recap of all we have been up to over these last few weeks.
The Corea Sotropa Team was delighted to be on the Decor Committee for the Calgary Zoo Tusks and Tails Event. We are so grateful to Maria Tomas and Kore On-site for partnering with us to provide an outdoor cocktail lounge for this wonderful event. This year, Tusks and Tails was in support of the Canadian Wilds, so we took the opportunity to have a little fun with Canadiana inspired decor including the classic Hudson Bay stripe.

Calgary’s inaugural Dinner by Design event was a huge success! We dreamed up an exotic tablescape inspired by what it would look like if Marie Antoinette were to host a safari party. We are so excited to announce that Western Living Magazine selected our “Guilded Wild” space to be published in an upcoming issue! We couldn’t have done it without the incredible generosity of our many sponsors who helped us pull the whole thing together. We’ve also got some great photos to share, so stay tuned for more details. We are already thinking about next year.

For the second year in a row, Corea Sotropa Interior Design was honored to be a part of the planning for Fashion Forward YYC. This fundraiser and fashion show in support of Making Changes Association was a smashing success!
