As with the rest of the project, the upstairs baths feature pops of colour that explode against a backdrop of creamy neutral paint and tiles. The window above the bathtub was purposely installed higher to allow natural light to flood in, but preserve the modesty of the bather. We chose a pretty glass topped table for beside the tub essentials.
The walnut vanity features custom mirrors with a wide frame to mount wall sconces. We chose a floating vanity to help keep the space light and airy.
The shower and backsplash in the master bath were tiled in a beautiful chevron tile. In a LITTLE nod to budget, we often choose 12X12 tiles in a pattern we love and have them cut and laid in “strips”, making a little go a LONG WAY.
There are two additional bathrooms on the second floor – one for each little girl. The bathrooms would be identical save for subtle differences of accent tiles. The owner chose a a variety of tiles that she loved and we incorporated them in different patterns. The result is a clean, crisp look with the ever present pops of colour.
We so enjoyed working with these lovely clients in this spectacular home! We thank them for entrusting us with a vision, and making thier dream home a reality!
